Saint-Etienne beats Troyes in extra time to reach Coupe de France quarterfinals

TROYES, Feb. 10, 2016 (AMP) — Coupe de France 2015-16 : Saint-Etienne qualified to the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France courtesy of a 2-1 extra time victory over Troyes (following a 1-1 draw in regulation) on Wednesday night at the Stade de l'Aube in Troyes.

The score was still 1-1 after the 90 minutes of regulation time, after goals from Tannane Oussama ('62) for Saint-Etienne and Nivet Benjamin ('78) for Troyes, and both teams had to wait for overtime to settle the issue. In the 107th minute, it was ultimately Maupay Neal who brought Saint-Etienne to victory by scoring the winning goal.
