Coupe de France 2016-17 : Lorient beats Chateauroux 3-2 in extra time to qualify for the Round of 16

CHâTEAUROUX, Jan. 31, 2017 (AMP) — Coupe de France 2016-17 : Lorient courtesy of a 3-2 extra time victory over Chateauroux (following a 2-2 draw in regulation) on Tuesday night at the Stade Gaston-Petit in Châteauroux.

Cafú scored dual goals

The score was still 2-2 after the 90 minutes of regulation time, after goals from Tounkara ('5) and Siebatcheu ('62) for Chateauroux and Jimmy Cabot ('49) and Cafú ('77) for Lorient, and both teams had to wait for overtime to settle the issue. In the 111st minute, it was ultimately Cafú who brought Lorient to victory by scoring on penalty the winning goal.
