Rennes beats Creteil to reach Coupe de la Ligue quarterfinals

RENNES, Dec. 17, 2014 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Rennes qualified to the quarter-finals of the Coupe de la Ligue with a 1-0 win against Creteil (halftime: 0-0) on Wednesday night at the Stade de la Route de Lorient in Rennes.

Creteil made Rennes doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Rennes defender Sylvain Armand in the 69th minute.
