Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Angers beats Nimes 2-1 to qualify for next round

ANGERS, Aug. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Angers defeated Nimes by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in the Coupe de la Ligue first round on Tuesday night at the Jean Bouin Stadium in Angers.

Angers forward Jérémy Blayac opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Nimes catch up in the 10th minute thanks to Riad Nouri. 1-1 at half time. SCO eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Thomas in stoppage time.
