Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : GFC Ajaccio beats Brest in shoot out to qualify for next round

BREST, Aug. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : GFC Ajaccio defeated Brest on penalties 4-2, after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time, in the Coupe de la Ligue first round on Tuesday night at the Stade Francis Le Blé in Brest.

The score was still 1-1 at the end of the regulation game time and overtime, after goals from Mohamed Larbi ('64) for GFC Ajaccio and Bruno Grougi ('90) for Brest. Le Gaz finally emerged the victors in the penalty shootout session by winning 4-2.
