Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Laval beats Sochaux 2-0 to qualify for next round

LAVAL, Aug. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Laval defeated Sochaux by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the Coupe de la Ligue first round on Tuesday night at the Stade Francis Le Basser in Laval.

Laval dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Robic in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Tangos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gonçalves in stoppage time.
