Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Clermont beats Chateauroux 3-1 to qualify for

CHâTEAUROUX, Aug. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2014-15 : Clermont defeated Chateauroux by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-1), in the Coupe de la Ligue second round on Tuesday night at the Stade Gaston-Petit in Châteauroux.

Chateauroux forward Grégory Thil opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Clermont catch up in the 35th minute thanks to Souleymane Sawadogo. 1-1 at half time. Clermont eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Novillo ('82) and Saadi ('90).
