Lille beats Guingamp in shoot out to advance to Coupe de la Ligue semifinals
GUINGAMP, Jan. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2015-16 : Lille reached the semifinals of the Coupe de la Ligue after defeating Guingamp 4-2 on penalties (after a 0-0 draw) on Wednesday night at the Stade du Roudourou in Guingamp.
The score was still nil-all at the end of the regulation game time and overtime. Lille finally emerged the victors in the penalty shootout session by winning 4-2.
