PSG beats Lille 2-1 to win Coupe de la Ligue

SAINT DENIS, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Coupe de la Ligue 2015-16 : PSG claimed the Coupe de la Ligue crown with a 2-1 win against Lille (halftime: 1-0) in the final on Saturday night at the Stade de France in Saint Denis.

PSG dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Pastore Javier in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Di Maria Angel in the 74th minute.
