BELGRAD, Jun. 17, 1976 (AMP) — Yugoslavia 76 : Germany reached the UEFA Euro final for the second time in their history courtesy of a 4-2 extra time victory over Yugoslavia (following a 2-2 draw in regulation) on Thursday.
