Sep. 12, 1990 (AMP) — Sweden 92 (Qualifiers) : Yugoslavia defeated Northern Ireland by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 1992 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday.

The result put the Yugoslav top of Group 4 with 2 points. In their next game, Yugoslavia will meet Austria on October 31, while Northern Ireland will face Denmark.
