Nov. 15, 1995 (AMP) — England 96 (Qualifiers) : Portugal defeated Ireland by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Euro qualifying game on Wednesday. Portugal secured their ticket to the finals but Ireland will have to go through the playoffs.
