Sep. 4, 1999 (AMP) — Belgium Netherland 2000 (Qualifiers) : Iceland defeated Andorra by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2000 UEFA European Championship on Saturday.
The result put the Icelander third in Group 4 with 15 points. Andorra is bottom with no points. In their next game, Iceland will meet group leaders Ukraine on September 8, while Andorra will face Russia.
