Oct. 10, 1998 (AMP) — Belgium Netherland 2000 (Qualifiers) : Lithuania tied 0-0 with the Faroe islands, in a qualifying game for the 2000 UEFA European Championship on Saturday.
The result put the Lithuanians 5th in Group 9 with 2 points. The Faroe islands is bottom with one point. In their next game, Lithuania will meet Bosnia and Herzegovina on October 14, while the Faroe islands will face Scotland.
