CHORZóW, Sep. 10, 2003 (AMP) — Portugal 2004 (Qualifiers) : Sweden defeated Poland by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Swedish top of Group 4 with 17 points. Poland is third with 10 points. In their last game, Sweden will meet Latvia on October 11, while Poland will face Hungary.
