TOFTIR, Sep. 7, 2002 (AMP) — Portugal 2004 (Qualifiers) : The Faroe islands tied 2-2 with Scotland (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 UEFA European Championship on Saturday.
The result left both teams tied in the second place of Group 5 with one point. In their next game, Scotland will meet Iceland on October 12, while the Faroe islands will face Lithuania.
