Spain beats Germany 1-0 to win 2008 Euro
VIENNA, Jun. 29, 2008 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 : Spain claimed a second UEFA Euro crown with a 1-0 win against Germany (halftime: 1-0) in the final on Sunday night at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna.
All the action happened in the first half, with Spanish striker Fernando Torres goal in the 33rd minute.
