ZENICA, Sep. 6, 2006 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Hungary defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.

The result put the Bosnians third in Group C with 3 points. Hungary is 5th with 3 points. In their next game, Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet Moldova on October 7, while Hungary will face Turkey.
