SARAJEVO, Jun. 2, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Turkey by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-2), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Saturday night.
The result put the Turk top of Group C with 13 points. Bosnia and Herzegovina is third with 10 points. In their next game, Turkey will meet Malta on September 8, while Bosnia and Herzegovina will face Malta.
