SARAJEVO, Jun. 6, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Malta by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Bosnians fourth in Group C with 13 points. Malta is 6th with 4 points. In their next game, Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet Hungary on September 8, while Malta will face Turkey.
