SARAJEVO, Sep. 12, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Moldova defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Bosnians fourth in Group C with 13 points. Moldova is bottom with 5 points. In their next game, Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet group leaders Greece on October 13, while Moldova will face Turkey.
