ATHENS, Oct. 13, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Greece defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Saturday night.
The result put the Greek top of Group C with 22 points. Bosnia and Herzegovina is fourth with 13 points. In their next game, Greece will meet second-placed Turkey on October 17, while Bosnia and Herzegovina will face Norway.
