SARAJEVO, Oct. 17, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Norway defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Norvegians second in Group C with 20 points. Bosnia and Herzegovina is fourth with 13 points. In their next game, Norway will meet third-placed Turkey on November 17, while Bosnia and Herzegovina will face Turkey.
