NUREMBERG, Jun. 2, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Germany defeated San Marino by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Saturday night.
The result put the Germans top of Group D with 16 points. San Marino is bottom with no points. In their next game, Germany will meet Slovakia on June 6, while San Marino will face Cyprus.
