TALLINN, Aug. 16, 2006 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Macedonia defeated Estonia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Macedonians top of Group E with 3 points. In their next game, Macedonia will meet England on September 6, while Estonia will face Israel.
