AARHUS, Oct. 13, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Spain defeated Denmark by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Saturday night.
The result put the Spaniard second in Group F with 22 points. Denmark is fourth with 14 points. In their next game, Spain will meet group leaders Sweden on November 17, while Denmark will face Latvia.
