TIRANA, Oct. 17, 2007 (AMP) — Austria Swizerland 2008 (Qualifiers) : Albania tied 1-1 with Bulgaria (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 UEFA European Championship on Wednesday night.
The result put the Bulgarians third in Group G with 19 points. Albania is fourth with 11 points. In their next game, Bulgaria will meet group leaders Romania on November 17, while Albania will face Belarus.
