YEREVAN, Oct. 8, 2010 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Armenia defeated Slovakia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Friday night.
The result put the Slovak third in Group B with 6 points. Armenia is fourth with 4 points. In their next game, Slovakia will meet group leaders Ireland on October 12, while Armenia will face Andorra.
