GENOA, Oct. 12, 2010 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Italy defeated Serbia by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Italians top of Group C with 10 points. Serbia is 5th with 4 points. In their next game, Italy will meet second-placed Slovenia on March 25, while Serbia will face Northern Ireland.
