TOFTIR, Jun. 7, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : The Faroe islands defeated Estonia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Estonians fourth in Group C with 7 points. The Faroe islands is bottom with 4 points. In their next game, Estonia will meet second-placed Slovenia on September 2, while the Faroe islands will face Northern Ireland.
