MINSK, Oct. 12, 2010 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Belarus defeated Albania by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Belarusians top of Group D with 8 points. Albania is third with 5 points. In their next game, Belarus will meet third-placed Albania on March 26, while Albania will face Belarus.
