MINSK, Jun. 7, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Belarus defeated Luxembourg by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Belarusians second in Group D with 12 points. Luxembourg is bottom with one point. In their next game, Belarus will meet Bosnia and Herzegovina on September 2, while Luxembourg will face Romania.
