AMSTERDAM, Oct. 12, 2010 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : The Netherlands defeated Sweden by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Dutch top of Group E with 12 points. Sweden is third with 6 points. In their next game, the Netherlands will meet second-placed Hungary on March 25, while Sweden will face Moldova.
