HELSINKI, Sep. 2, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Finland defeated Moldova by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Friday night.
The result put the Finnish fourth in Group E with 9 points. Moldova is 5th with 6 points. In their next game, Finland will meet group leaders the Netherlands on September 6, while Moldova will face Hungary.
