TA' QALI, Sep. 2, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Croatia defeated Malta by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Friday night.
The result put the Croatians second in Group F with 16 points. Malta is bottom with no points. In their next game, Croatia will meet third-placed Israel on September 6, while Malta will face Georgia.
