RIGA, Sep. 6, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Latvia tied 1-1 with Greece (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Greek second in Group F with 18 points. Latvia is 5th with 8 points. In their next game, Greece will meet group leaders Croatia on October 7, while Latvia will face Malta.
