LARNACA, Oct. 8, 2010 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Norway defeated Cyprus by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Friday night.
The result put the Norvegians top of Group H with 9 points. Cyprus is fourth with one point. In their next game, Norway will meet third-placed Denmark on March 26, while Cyprus will face Denmark.
