NICOSIA, Sep. 2, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Portugal defeated Cyprus by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Friday night.
The result put the Portuguese top of Group H with 13 points. Cyprus is fourth with 2 points. In their next game, Portugal will meet Iceland on October 7, while Cyprus will face Iceland.
