KAUNAS, Mar. 29, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Spain defeated Lithuania by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 UEFA European Championship on Tuesday night.
The result put the Spaniard top of Group I with 15 points. Lithuania is fourth with 4 points. In their next game, Spain will meet Liechtenstein on September 6, while Lithuania will face Liechtenstein.
