DUBLIN, Nov. 15, 2011 (AMP) — Poland Ukraine 2012 (Qualifiers) : Ireland tied 1-1 with Estonia (halftime: 1-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Tuesday night. Ireland, who won the first leg (4-0), secured their ticket to the Euro finals. Estonia is eliminated.
