NICE, Jun. 27, 2016 (AMP) — France 2016 : Iceland qualified to the quarter-finals of the 2016 UEFA Euro with a 2-1 win against England (halftime: 2-1) on Monday night at the Allianz Riviera in Nice.
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from R. Sigurðsson ('6) and Sigþórsson ('18).
