LVIV, Oct. 12, 2014 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Ukraine defeated Macedonia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2016 UEFA European Championship on Sunday night at the Arena Lviv.
All the action happened in the first half, with Sydorchuk goal in the 45th minute.
The result put the Ukrainians top of Group C with 6 points. Macedonia is fourth with 3 points. In their next game, Ukraine will meet Luxembourg at the Arena Lviv on November 15, while Macedonia will face Slovakia.
