SKOPJE, Nov. 15, 2014 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Slovakia defeated Macedonia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2016 UEFA European Championship on Saturday night at the Philip II Arena in Skopje.
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Juraj Kucka ('25) and Adam Nemec ('38).
The result put the Slovak top of Group C with 12 points. Macedonia is fourth with 3 points. In their next game, Slovakia will meet Luxembourg at the Philip II Arena on March 27, while Macedonia will face Belarus.
