Euro 2016 Qualifiers : Poland beats Georgia 4-0
TBILISI, Nov. 14, 2014 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Poland defeated Georgia by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2016 UEFA European Championship on Friday night at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Glik ('51), Krychowiak ('71), Mila ('73) and Milik ('90).
The result put the Pole top of Group D with 10 points. Georgia is 5th with 3 points. In their next game, Poland will meet second-placed Ireland at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena on March 29, while Georgia will face Germany.
