LEIPZIG, Oct. 11, 2015 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Germany defeated Georgia by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a Euro qualifying game on Sunday night at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Müller ('50 on penalty) and Kruse ('79).
Germany secured their ticket to the Euro finals. Georgia is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Group D
