WARSAW, Oct. 11, 2015 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Poland defeated Ireland by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a Euro qualifying game on Sunday night at the Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw.
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Grzegorz Krychowiak ('13) and Robert Lewandowski ('42).
Poland secured their ticket to the finals but Ireland will have to go through the playoffs.Fixtures and Results : Group D
