Euro 2016 Qualifiers : Sweden beats Moldova 2-0
CHISINAU, Mar. 27, 2015 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Sweden defeated Moldova by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2016 UEFA European Championship on Friday night at the Zimbru Stadium in Chisinau.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored dual goals
Moldova made the Swedishs doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Swedish forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic at '46 and '84 (on penalty).
The result put the Swedish second in Group G with 9 points. Moldova is bottom with one point. In their next game, Sweden will meet Montenegro at the Zimbru Stadium on June 14, while Moldova will face Liechtenstein.
