Euro 2016 Qualifiers : Albania beats Armenia 3-0 to qualify for 2016 Euro
YEREVAN, Oct. 11, 2015 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Albania defeated Armenia by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Euro qualifying game on Sunday night at the Republican Stadium in Yerevan.
Albania dominated the first half thanks to goals from Hovhannisyan ('9 own) and Djimsiti ('23). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Albanians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sadiku in the 76th minute.
Albania secured their ticket to the Euro finals. Armenia is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Group I
