BUDAPEST, Nov. 15, 2015 (AMP) — France 2016 (Qualifiers) : Hungary defeated Norway by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday night at the Groupama Arena in Budapest.
Hungary dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Priskin in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hungarians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Henriksen into his own net with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Hungary, who won the first leg (1-0), secured their ticket to the Euro finals. Norway is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Play-offs
