LISBON, Oct. 11, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Portugal defeated Luxembourg by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Euro group stage game on Friday night at the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon.
The result put the Portuguese second in Group B with 11 points. Luxembourg is fourth with 4 points. In their next game, Portugal will meet group leaders Ukraine at the Estádio José Alvalade on October 14, while Luxembourg will face Serbia.
